Ryann Salik is a Victoria based freelance writer, veggie lover and mother of three. Possessing a BA and BEd from the University of Victoria, Ryann is also schooled in the arts of healthy eating, vegan survival methods, and fantastic music.
Print publication credits include Island Parent Magazine, where Ryann writes about the perils of rearing children without letting them know you still feel like a child yourself.
A longtime vegan, Ryann has a keen interest in developing healthy, delicious and affordable recipes that can be prepared with minimal fuss. She also spends a fair amount of time fending off her meddling--yet adorable--Nana, whose main goal in life is to feed Ryann's children some meat and potatoes.
